HGTV - Celina Ranch Remodel 

Viewers meet the homeowners Tom and Bobbie James to find out the history of their ranch-style home and learn why they have chosen to do such a large remodel. Viewers get a tour, inside and out, of the "before" house. Host Pat Simpson interviews John Lively, who designed Tom and Bobbie's home remodel. We see the new exterior elevations and compare the "before" floorplans to the "after" floorplans. We watch as Bobbie's son, Mark Watson, a professional builder, works his magic on his parents' home.

Pat Simpson and John Lively show us the changes to the exterior of the home, which has been converted from a typical ranch into a French country-style home. Next, homeowners Tom and Bobbie join Pat for a walk-through of the interior spaces, comparing what each space used to look like to the way it looks now. We hear from the homeowners how they love their "new" home.
